The Neighbourhood Plan is now progressing after two years of Covid. Our next step is to appoint AECOM who are willing to do the screening for the SEA ( Stategic Enviromental Assessment) and HRA (Habitates Regulation Assessment)

Once this has been completed, we will be working towards publishing the Neighbourhood Plan for the people of Leek to make comments on the proposals being put forward. The final stage will be to set a date for a referendum to take place. (Details will given in good time of how you can place your vote on the plan)

The Neighbourhood Pan is for the residents to say in how they would wish to see the Leek Town area develope and will sit along side the Staffordshire Moorlands District Plan already in force.
